We are professional researchers who charge by the hour and not by the job. Our hourly rate is $35.00 an hour with a minimum of two hours paid in advance.

• Written reports on each individual researched with microfilm and microfiche numbers, book call numbers, and documentation
• Research logs furnished with item numbers for your convenience and verification
• Family group sheets
• Pedigree charts
• Images kept electronically
• Items sent to patron via or as email attachments
• Binder documenting statement of goals when the agreement was made, what research was done, when and where. Only approved research will be sent and charged to your deposit.
• (Optional) Background information can be researched in cases where you do not know about the area, i.e. why so many deaths happened, high unemployment rates, if your people left the country, etc. The charge for this additional research will be the standard rate of $35.00 an hour.

• Establishing the goals for the researcher
• Determining the amount of time spent on the research project
• Research timetable
• Supplying known information to avoid duplication
• Furnishing family names, dates, places, country being researched and any previous research done
• Verifying the type of research desired
• Ongoing communications if goals change or problems arise, via emails and/or phone calls
